Ideal Sauce for Red Meat
Ingredients:

200 grams of cherry tomatoes.

500 grams of red berries (blackberry and strawberries).

400 grams of sugar.

½ liter of blackberry wine "Hoy Vino pa’ sonreir."

2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
Preparation:
Mix everything and bring to low heat for 50 to 60 minutes, finally add the sauce to your meat and enjoy.

Passion fruit wine ice cream
Ingredients:

1 liter of passion fruit wine "Hoy Vino pa 'sonreir".

1 cinnamon stick, 250 grams of sugar.
-
4 egg yolks.
-
400 ml of sweet cream.
-
2 tablespoons of invert sugar.
Preparation:
In a pot place the entire contents of the bottle of passion fruit wine "Hoy Vino pa 'sonreir", the cinnamon stick, and let it boil until obtaining 200 ml of liquid consistency. We return to the low fire. In a bowl place the yolks, invert sugar and sweet cream, we beat everything well. Add the mixture to the pot and cook over very low heat until it thickens. It is allowed to cool and once cold, it is placed in the freezer for about 4 hours.

Wine cocktail with fruits
Ingredients:

1 apple, ⅓ pineapple.

300 grams of green grape.

1 green pear.

300 grams of strawberries.

500 ml of blackberry wine and 500 ml of pitahaya cider "Hoy Vino pa 'sonreir".

½ cup of sugar.
Preparation:
Wash the fruits and cut them into squares, place them in a container and add the blackberry wine and the pitahaya cider, add the sugar and let stand for an hour in the refrigerator.
